The SF Bicycle Coalition is working with the Department of Environment and 511.org to complete a mapping program for biking in San Francisco that will provide turn-by-turn directions for cyclists.

We are looking for 10 Alpha-testers who meet the following guidelines:

  • Ability to commit 20 hours of testing between March 9th and March 15th, including a group testing at the the SF Bicycle Coalition office on Monday March 15 from 6:00-8:00 PM
  • Familiarity with SF bike routes and other bike-preferred streets
  • Geographic diversity on where people ride, live, work and play
  • Familiarity with mapping programs and an interest in User-Interface and online mapping sites and features
  • Ability to track and report errors, questions, and suggestions for submission
  • The development of the BikeMapper tool is operating on a very fast timeline with the intent of launch of Beta Test in early 2010.
