Description of project

This is Project 4.1 in the Bike Plan EIR:

16th Street Bicycle Lanes, 3rd Street to Terry Francois Boulevard

This is a short connector bike lane project, filling a gap between 3rd Street and Terry Francois Boulevard.

This project is an element of SF Bike Route 40.
