2012-2017

We are proud to present our 2012-2017 Strategic Plan, mapping out the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition’s goals and plans for the next five years. Thanks to our incredible members and stakeholders who participated in the creation of this document.

About the Strategic Planning process

A committee of Board members and staff led the strategic plan process. The committee solicited input on goals through strategic outreach to citywide stakeholders, a day-long retreat of Board, staff, and selected members and other supporters, and two larger discussion sessions open to all members that attracted hundreds of people.

Considering all this input, as well as the 2010 member survey, the Board approved the Strategic Plan, and re-approved the organization's existing Mission, Vision and Values. This plan will guide the SF Bicycle Coalition Board of Directors and staff in their work in the coming years.

We encourage members to send their feedback on the Plan to leah@sfbike.org; and, of course, to volunteer for various aspects of the Plan.
