A great opportunity to meet other SFBC members and get to know the office resources. Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday night, join fellow bikers for a fun evening of office work and fine conversation, all while helping to keep our office functioning. Stuffing and sealing envelopes, building membership kits, and more - it all happens here at the SFBC office on Volunteer Nights. Did we mention that volunteers vote for the dinner of their choice? Yes, we serve Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai or pizza; whatever gets the most votes by 6:30pm. We're located at 995 Market St, Suite 1550 (@ 6th Street, between Civic Center & Powell BART).
And once every other month, Volunteer Night magically transforms into the Tube Times Folding Party, where we fold, staple, label and mail out over 9,500 issues of our newsletter the Tube Times. Always fun, lots of bicyclists, tasty pizza, and each folding party saves the SFBC hundreds of dollars in mailing costs!
