Interested in bike touring excursions? From exploratory day rides, to weekend over-nighters, to multi-week tours, the Norcal Bicycle Touring Meetup is the place to meet others and get plans rolling. This is also a great place to exchange bicycle touring tips, knowledge, and tales from the road.
At the beginning of the new year, we like to get together to introduce the group to newbies and brainstorm some touring ideas for the upcoming year.
AGENDA
6:00 – 6:30 pm mingle, socialize
6:30 – 7:00 pm presentation – about, expectations for participants, how to lead a ride
7:00 – 7:30 pm brainstorm ride ideas
7:30 – 8:00 pm socialize, compare maps, etc.
Sports Basement will provide light snacks & drinks. Feel free to BYOD (bring your own dinner). They’ll also provide a 20% discount during the event so come early or stay late to check it out!
