The SFMTA has abandoned plans for a protected bike lane on Townsend Street, a vital safety feature for the thousands of people who commute through the corridor daily. Join the People Protected Bike Lanes & Intersections Awareness as they create a human barrier to protect those biking on Townsend, and send a clear message that this project can’t wait.
