Shaping San Francisco Food Politics Bicycle History Tour*

Sunday, September 20, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Explore the many threads that, knit together, have produced our amazing local cuisine. From the old Italian food industries to Chinese shrimping villages, to the prodigious Bay Area fresh fruit and vegetable trade, to food processing in the past industrial city, to locations of grassroots urban agriculture efforts, get ready for an illuminating and tasty tour that will change how you think about what you eat. Led by Chris Carlsson and LisaRuth Elliott with special food stops along the way!

Tour ends at 25th and Mission.

Please RSVP to [shaping] at [foundsf] dot [org] to let us know you are coming.
