Thursday, October 5, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Want to learn more about your rights as a person who bikes? Are you or someone you know struggling to get back on your bike after a crash? Interested in how the legal process works, from working with police and lawyers to court? This workshop is for you!

Presented by Shaana Rahman, founder of Rahman Law*, this workshop will cover topics including:

  • common causes of bike crashes
  • what to do if you have a collision or incident on the road
  • how to talk to the police and lawyer
  • what the options are for personal insurance coverage for people who bike

Contribute your own experiences and ride away with confidence as women, trans* or female-identifying bicyclists in San Francisco who knows your legal rights on the road.

We’ll have plenty of indoor bike parking, so you can bring your bike in with you!

*Rahman Law is a proud sponsor of the SF Bicycle Coalition’s Women Bike SF program.
