The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and Young Professionals in Transportation are joining forces to go on a 4.5 mile ride to practice commuting by bike. We'll start at the steps of City Hall on Polk St. at 6pm and will push off by 6:15pm. The ride will be at a relaxed pace and no one will be left behind. The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, Walk San Francisco, San Francisco Interfaith Council and leaders from local congregations are partnering to create Walk & Bike to Worship Week from Saturday, May 27 to Sunday, June 4. Throughout the week various congregations will celebrate walking, biking and taking transit to their place of worship.
