Sunday Streets – Western Addition*

The Western Addition Sunday Streets gives you the opportunity to explore Fillmore and Fulton Streets by foot, or bike. Sunday Streets will take place on Baker St between Fell and McAllister Streets, Fulton St between Baker and Fillmore Streets, and Fillmore St between Fulton St and Geary Blvd. Moving at a bit of a slower place, you will find all kinds of hidden gems along this route. Freedom From Training Wheels at Sunday Streets

Freedom from Training Wheels is a great way to get kids riding without training wheels. Bring your child’s bike and helmet if you have them. If not, we have a few balance bikes for kids aged 2-5. We will be at this and every Sunday Streets, so we hope to see you there! Talk to our Family Biking experts about biking with your baby, toddler or child, and see equipment options up close at Sunday Streets. A Family Bike is a great option to take smaller children to school before you bike to work, and to give them a ride for errands and playdates. Sunday Streets  in the Excelsior will take place on Sunday October 16, 11am to 4pm on Mission St between Theresa/Avalon and Geneva Ave. As in past years, Sunday Streets will coincide with the Excelsior Arts and Music Festival at the Persia Triangle. Download the route map or view it on Google maps. Stop by the SF Bicycle Coalition booth to join or renew your membership at the discounted rate of $25/year.

This year, Sunday Streets on the Embarcadero will be the season finale, 11am to 4pm on Sunday, November 13.  It is one of the longer Sunday Streets routes, opening over two miles of streets along the waterfront for residents and visitors to enjoy. The Sunday Streets Embarcadero route includes the northbound lanes of Embarcadero from Sansome St to King St and King St to 3rd St. The route runs between Pier 27 and Willie Mays Plaza, at ATT Park.
