Bike Share For Business
How can Bike Share help your business?
While some businesses in San Francisco have no doubt already benefited from having employee and customer access to this small but popular transportation system, most have not yet been able to take advantage of the tremendous economic power of the Bay Area Bike Share Program. Consider:
• A study of the Minnesota bike share program found that on average, each bike share trip generated $7.
• In the Washington, D.C. metro region a recent study found that 44% of respondents used bikeshare to make at least one trip in a month they would not have made if bike share had not been available, almost all of which were for shopping, eating and entertainment.
