A family bicycle workshop

Join San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and families with kids, in a car-free space like Golden Gate Park or during Sunday Streets for Freedom From Training Wheels. Instructors will be on hand to help kids learn how to ride without training wheels. Bring bike, helmet and maybe some snacks to share.

The workshop is a "must" for any parents trying to teach their children to ride a bike. Having an enthusiastic instructor who is not the child's parent made all the difference in the world. The workshop was also a great way to meet and support other like-minded families who see bikes as essential to daily life.
