Fight cancer this February and March by riding with Cycle for Survival, the national movement to beat rare cancers. 100 percent of every dollar raised at the indoor cycling events goes to clinical trials, research studies, and innovative initiatives led by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, which owns and operates Cycle for Survival. Save the Date for San Francisco’s annual Ride of Silence, a group ride to honor those that have been injured or killed while biking. This ride takes place in over 50 countries on the third Wednesday each May, with thousands of riders coming out in support and solidarity.
